Coffee Table Book!

A long time ago, when I moved up to the northwoods of Michigan and started taking pictures, I claimed that one day I would publish a photography book using my pictures of the area.  This year, I finally found the time and the means to do so and now that the initial book has been previewed I am officially making it available for purchase.  Sadly, independent book publishing is fairly expensive even with the technology available however if you have enjoyed my photography, this 50 page book contains what I would consider to be my best work.  The photography I do is very raw.  I don’t use photo editing software to enhance or edit images so what you see in my pictures are the real thing.  I like the idea of presenting reality in my photographs, especially photos of the landscapes around me.

Anyhow, if you are so inclined and wish to purchase your own copy of my book you can do so by clicking the badge below from my web publisher.  The badge will also remain as a link on the sidebar of this blog.  You’ll be taken to an order screen and you can even preview the book before you buy it.  You will be presented with 3 options.  A softcover version ($29.95), a hardcover with dust jacket ($45.95), or a hardcover with ImageWrap ($47.95).  Each page is printed on premium paper using a 4-color printing process (standard process for these types of books), and it will make a great addition to your library.  The books are printed ‘on demand’ which means you can expect about a 7 day lead time including shipping although the first copy arrived to me within 5 days.

I do hope you like it.  My intent is to publish additional books in the future.  With over 2500 photographs in my personal library taken over the past 5-8 years I could do a great deal more with them.  Thanks to everyone who continues to support and appreciate my efforts.
